Lindsay Kotzman B.Sc. LL.B

Lindsay Kotzman, solicitor, is the Principal of The Practice. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 1986 and was also admitted to practice in the High Court of Australia in the same year. After gaining extensive experience in many disciplines of Commercial Law, Lindsay opened the practice in August of 1994. Lindsay Kotzman is distinguishable as a legal practitioner in that he has had:

  • Hands on experience in management and control of small to medium sized businesses. As a result, he has gained a sound appreciation of the day to day issues as faced by managers of enterprises.
  • First hand experience in the management of commercial real estate and the negotiations of Leases of substantial commercial size. These include supermarkets, commercial office space, retail shops in shopping centres and industrial tenancies.
  • Considerable international experience with extensive contacts in South East Asia and other clients in Europe and the United States.

Lindsay Kotzman has been a member of a team that won a National Award under the Government sponsored Ausindustry National Enterprise Workshop scheme for business planning.

Grace (Graziela) Eidelson LLM

Grace (Graziela) Eidelson LLM - Law Clerk from P&B Law, Melbourne, Australia Since graduating with a Master of Laws at the University of Sao Paulo in Brazil, Graziela worked for 8 years as an attorney and lecturer specializing in Property and contract Law.

She immigrated in 2006 and started working with P&B Law in 2007. Since then she has risen to the role of Department Head of the Property and Conveyancing section which she manages with great skill. She is currently undertaking additional studies to cement her career as an Australian lawyer.

As well as having extensive experience in acting on straight forward conveyancing through to complex multi-level residential and mixed use developments, acquisition of subdivisional sites and subdivisions, Graziela also assists clients in dealing with financiers, architects, surveyors, councils, body corporate managers, accountants, financial advisors and foreign investors. Natalie Brehm

Natalie Brehm from P&B Law, Melbourne, Australia Natalie obtained her Bachelor of Laws from Monash University in 2013 (with Honours). Throughout her studies, she has gained detailed knowledge and experience in a variety of different areas of Law, and undertaken comparative studies, based in Florence, Italy in Italian, European and Westminster Law looking at the differences between the Civil and Adversarial systems of Law.

Concurrent with her studies, Natalie worked at the Law Institute of Victoria, Coordinating the Accredited Specialisation Program, where she assisted in the further training and Accreditation of Solicitors wishing to become experts in their chosen areas of Law.

Natalie completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Leo Cussen Institute in 2013 before joining P & B Law in 2014, where she works predominately in Civil Litigation and Wills and Probate. Natalie has extensive court experience and a passion for Advocacy.
