About Jesse

Jesse started his career as a Paralegal at Michael Sharp Legal in 2009, working alongside the principal and father, Michael Sharp, at the newly established firm in Prahran.

While working at Michael Sharp Legal, Jesse continued to gain experience predominately focusing his practice areas on;

  • Commercial Transactions;
  • Equity Agreements;
  • Commercial Leasing;
  • General Commercial Advice;
  • Corporate Structures;
  • Intellectual Property
  • Contract and Agreement Drafting; and
  • Estate Planning.

In 2018, Michael Sharp Legal merged with P&B Law, and Jesse joined P&B Law as a Senior Associate, where he continues to grow his practice and his areas of experience whilst working in a team environment.

In 2020, Jesse became a Partner in P&B Law, where he continues to work hard to provide his clients with a balance between quality legal advice and an understanding of the commercial realities of a situation. He takes great pride in building relationships with all of his clients in order to get a better understanding of how he can best provide them with the practical service that they need to assist them in growing and succeeding.

Outside of work, Jesse is a keen Collingwood supporter and also enjoys a good feed with clients, colleagues, friends and family, as well as travel when possible.

Jesse has been involved in a number of significant transactions, including:

  • Sale of a mattress recycling business;
  • Sale of a construction business;
  • Purchase and sale of car dealerships;
  • Purchase and sale of rent roles and owners corporation management roles;
  • Purchase of a caravan and holiday park;
  • Commercial leases with Big Four banks and major supermarkets;
  • Commercial leases and agreements for lease for major fast food chains with major shopping centres, and
  • Commercial leasing of iconic hotels.
