Gideon Lipinski

About Gideon

Gideon is a solicitor who practises in all areas of commercial law with a particular focus on litigation.

He is a former associate to her Honour Judge Burchell, Head of the Commercial Division and former Head of the Banking and Finance and Building Cases Lists at the County Court. At the County Court he was appointed to the position of senior divisional associate and was responsible for training junior associates and representing the division.

He graduated from Monash Law School with Honours and achieved top marks across the cohort in a research unit.

Gideon is highly motivated to achieve pragmatic, cost effective outcomes for clients, and derives satisfaction out of explaining complex legal issues to the non-legally trained.

Gideon’s hobbies include basketball, reading and creative writing.
