About Kenny
Kenny is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer who provides practical advice to businesses across commercial transactions, franchising, regulatory compliance, employment law and dispute resolution. Having worked in both private practice and as in-house counsel, he understands the importance of providing legally sound advice that reflects commercial realities and can be implemented effectively.
Before entering legal practice, Kenny worked as a financial analyst and external auditor with Ernst & Young LLP and BDO LLP in Singapore. This experience gives him a strong commercial perspective when advising on transactions, financial arrangements, corporate governance and business risk.
Kenny takes a commercially focused approach to helping clients navigate legal issues and achieve practical outcomes for their businesses. He is admitted to practise in Western Australia and holds a Victorian practising certificate. Kenny also speaks French fluently.
