Employment at P&B Law

We believe that working in law is rewarding and exciting; every matter is different, and as a lawyer you get to lead high-stakes matters, navigate complexity and deliver solutions that truly matter.
Our commitment to our clients starts with our commitment to people and culture. So, in order to deliver the best outcomes, we aim to live our values, working as a team and supporting each other to achieve outstanding results.
From Clerk through to Partner, there is a role for everyone at P&B Law. We are always looking for legal professionals to expand our wealth of knowledge across the property and business law sectors.
Learn more below about how we live our values at P&B, support career progression and offer opportunities for graduates, as well as current roles we’re hiring.
How We Live Our Values
Our values extend beyond the work for our clients; they are integrated into what we do day-to-day. Here are some of our current initiatives in place that boost team morale:
Our partners dedicate time annually to discuss strategic business planning to ensure our firm can continue to deliver the best results for our clients.

We recognise our team’s professional achievements. In 2025, two of our graduate lawyers had their admission ceremonies, moved by Partner and Head of Property Christopher Mackie. This was a significant milestone in any lawyer’s career we were proud to celebrate.

In 2025, we moved office spaces to accommodate our growing team. The new space has allowed us to better serve our clients with modern facilities and improved accessibility. We had the opportunity to celebrate this move with our friends, families, referrers and clients.

As a team we have come together to raise money and spread awareness for various causes, like the Cancer Council Australia's Biggest Morning Tea.

Support & Career Progression
Our team’s growth is important to us, and we aim to develop their skills in a number of ways:
- Mentoring and Education: We offer a range of mentorship opportunities for the extended education and training for our employees.
- Internal promotion: We prioritise opportunities to promote internally wherever possible.
- Networking: We encourage building connections that contribute to learning and development.

We offer two to four paid work experience opportunities annually for law students to grow their skills outside of the classroom.
Our objective is for these students to remain part of the P&B Law team after their graduation and admission ceremonies.
