About Lachlan

Lachlan graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy). He is currently enrolled in a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice through the Leo Cussen Centre for Law.

During his studies, Lachlan gained a solid understanding of Australian law and developed a strong foundation in legal research, legislative interpretation, legal drafting and problem-solving.

Prior to joining P&B Lawyers, Lachlan undertook placements with Russell Kennedy Lawyers, the Shop, Distributive and Allied Employees' Association (SDA), and the offices of Federal and State Members of Parliament. These experiences provided exposure to a broad range of legal and policy issues.

Since joining P&B Lawyers, Lachlan has worked across a variety of practice areas, including property, commercial law, litigation, trusts, and wills and estates.

Lachlan shares P&B Law’s commitment to delivering professional outcome focused legal services. 

Lachlan's professional interests include contract law, equity and trusts, commercial transactions and property law.

Outside of work, Lachlan enjoys philosophy, music and current affairs. He regularly attends live music events around Melbourne and enjoys playing and performing music with friends.
