About Mark
Mark provides expert advice on Corporate and Commercial Law, including mergers, acquisitions, divestments, business transactional work, commercial agreements, including reviewing and drafting contracts for the supply of goods and services, licence agreements, distribution agreements and terms and conditions of trade.
Mark also advises on consumer and competition law, alternative dispute resolution, commercial litigation, corporate structures, franchising agreements, employment and consultancy contracts.
His practice extends to all aspects of property law and property transactions, including revenue law, the purchase, sale and leasing of property and property development.
Mark has been the honorary lawyer for the Ted Whitten Foundation (since its inception), which has raised millions of dollars for research into prostate cancer.
